COVID Test Distribution

Good morning and Happy New Year, Warrior Tribe!

This morning, the Morrisville-Eaton Central School District received 630 COVID-19 tests from the NYS Department of Health in addition to 150 we received from the Madison County Department of Health late last week. These tests are intended to be administered at home. In order to provide as many students and staff access to COVID testing prior to the return to school, we will be distributing them between 5:00PM and 7:00PM today, January 2, 2022.

These test kits are for students and staff of the Morrisville-Eaton CSD only. There are enough tests for all students and staff of the District so there is no need to arrive early.

The distribution station will be set up in the Bus Garage (4583 South Butler Road - next to the Middle/High School) for an easy drive-through pickup. See the map below to see how traffic is expected to flow. If you do not have transportation of your own, please e-mail gmolloy@m-ecs.org and arrangements will be made with you.

As of this writing, testing prior to the return to school is optional, however encouraged. If the test returns a positive result, please stay home and consult with your physician on next steps.

We look forward to seeing everyone back in the halls tomorrow!
